Refund policy

 

As a small business, we have a 7-day return policy. Customers must provide return shipping. Final sale items are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at purplemohar@gmail.com. Return address will be provided on request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
To exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if your refund hasn't been processed within 15 business days.
